i hate cold weather and i can't think of one reason why someone would like it

I love the cold weather. Not entirely sure why, I just love winter. The snow makes it seem so peaceful. And I love snowboarding, so winter is a bit of a plus for that sport. And I actually don't mind being cold, or having to wear layers. Winter is the best time of year.

I do not like the cold weather, I am a California valley girl. I live two hours from the ocean, and two hours from the snowy mountains. I have family back east and they absolutely love the four seasons. I myself, do not miss playing in snow, shoveling snow, or driving in snow. I suppose that some would disagree. Different strokes for different folks...Move to some place warmer, and then you can complain about the heat like we do here in California. There is always something to complain about...

Call me crazy but I like the cold weather because I like wearing bulky sweaters and wools. I like taking walks and feeling the cold breeze on my face! I like kicking up the leaves and then drinking hot chocolate afterward.
I love curling up in a shawl or warm blanket by the fireplace reading a good novel.
I love the snow when it comes and watching the first snowfall!

I love cold weather - I would much rather be freezing cold, where you can bundle up in layers, than be boiling hot - where you can take all your clothes off and still feel uncomfortable!
Cold weather also has a sense of romance - log fires, red wine, hmmmmm...

I like the cold, crisp mornings in winter when after a night of heavy snow fall because everything feels fresh and newly-made. It feels like there can be no evil, hate, sadness or displeasure in the world then, because it is just cold enough for your body to tell you you are alive, but the shiver you feel is the shiver of life. Your mind is crystal clear, wide awake and you feel joy. These mornings are why I love winter and the cold.

I like cool or cold seasons for two reasons. One is that the air is fresher. The other is that the drier cooler air allows a quick energetic decisive burst of action to start activities I want to accomplish without exhausting me. Sleep is good deep sleep and activity is not a half-dazed blur.
Well, and besides that there's christmas. Our culture is seems never more magical and loving than near christmas. The old norse Yule season.

i only like the cold weather cuz theres not many spiders around i live right by the woods and we have these nasty spiders i cant wait till winter comes
