The real problem is that anxiety leads to depression, and depression leads to suicide. So, the main thing that you want to do is to be sure that the anxiety doesn't escalate to suicide.
Therefore, each time you start to suffer from anxiety, chop off a finger. One of two things will eventually happen. The brain will want to avoid the loss of any more fingers, so it will start to balance its neoephedrine and the cortical synovial fluid. Or, you'll eventually cut off all your fingers.
If the brain doesn't respond properly, and you cut off all your fingers, then you won't be able to hold a knife or gun, make a knot, or even fill the tub with water. Presto! No way to commit suicide. Problem solved.
P.S. Always check with a professional like me. Never attempt this cure at home.
P.P.S. A sense of humor helps with that anxiety thing.

Doing deep breathing, drinking chamomile tea, and exercising all help calm me down when I'm feeling anxious or stressed out. Some people find meditation helps, too. The point is to counteract the physiological responses to anxiety. When you feel anxious, your heart beats faster, your blood pressure raises, and your body produces adrenaline. Exercising, breathing deeply, meditation, and certain herbs like chamomile can reverse those physical reactions, and make you feel calmer.

Three steps.
1. Do exercise regularly
2. Do deep breathing exercise (in the morning, empty stomach) at least for 15 minutes daily.
3. Think positive and take everything easily.
Anxiety won't come to U. I am sure.

I call someone to vent my concerns while picking up my house. I find venting releases some of my concerns, and I also get feedback. Picking up the house releases the energy I have from the adrenaline released during the spike due to my anxiety level.
Good Luck!

I've had anxiety/panic attacks since I was very little... seeing a psychologist can work if you have a good one, also I've been on medicine to help me deal with it... It's very scary at times, but you just have to believe everything will be okay. Hope that helps.
