I dont think it can truly change fully, however I do think that ones priorities and new found wisdom can do alot with one human being [at a certain age (30 is a good benchmark in general)

No matter what age you have! You can change your personally at any age as long as you are normal person and of normal life. Only idiot or stupid who does not know to change for better person, and if you think you can't, then sorry for your life...

I think a person's personality and activities can change some. However, unless something major happens, I believe they will continue to have similar values.

A person who is outgoing will probably stay outgoing. A person who is shy will probably stay shy.
