I doubt it. They may have to step up their game from last season and from competing shows but I think they are still in the lead.

It has definitely lost that "can't wait to see the next episode" aura that it had the first year, and I believe that they are going to have to have some pretty good writers this year to keep up with all the new shows that promise to be hits....but there are plenty of avid fans who will probably stay tuned in no matter how bad it may get....

where we live.........we're still waiting for the 3 season...... i think desperate housewives is exciting,fun and i absolutely love the way Mary Alice speaks at the end of each episode!!!!!

I thought tonight's episode was pretty good. It was way funnier than a LOT of the episodes from last season.

the first show is almost always a slow show trying to tie up some of the cliffhangers before divinginto the new stuff.

YES!!!!! It is the same as Lost. It has been a 1st season hit, followed by a crappy second season.

NO. I really love this show. It was pretty good last night. I really enjoyed it. My husband did not like it but there you go a man does not like it. He does not know much anyway.........lol
