i am like 2 or 3 weeks late for my period right? so the other day i scheduled an appointment with planned parenthood, and like thursday i noticed some pink spotting and a (little dab of you know what) as i wiped, so on friday i cancelled my appointment because i knew i was gonna come on. now its sunday, and my damn cycle still hasnt come down, it will wipe pinkish from time to time, im gettin nervous what do u think the case is?

oh and i forgot to mention that i lost 21lbs, do you think that have some effect on this?

if it was rapid weightloss, then yah it could for sure have an effect on your periods. It may be due to that, or the spotting you experienced could be from just being pregnant. I would make another appointment.

Well I answered one of your more recent questions so why not another? Don't be alarmed, it could be part of your weight loss. If you lost the weight rapidly, it could very well be that your body is compensating and not allowing you to menstrate until you have leveled off with your weight loss. I really hope all goes well for you.

Go to a 24hr drug store and take a home test. It will put your mind at ease.

you could be having a miscarriage....Take a pregnancy test STAT....

Symptoms of Miscarriage

spotting
passing blood clots or tissue
decreased breast tenderness
Tiredness
Pinkish Discharge
cramping
vaginal bleeding

you could be pg and spotting.. its not all that uncommon in pgcy and doesnt always mean something is wrong. 50% of women who spot in early pregnancy go on to have normal pregnancies. i'd say go take that test!
