Lately, after doing the wash, mysterious stains have been showing up on my clothes. They look like grease stains. I have tried some things, but it seems after going through the wash and then being dried it doesn't want to come out. Does any one have a good suggestion?

Do you use liquid fabric softener? do you pour them in a laundry ball or in your washer's pre-assigned slot for liquid fabric softener? Liquid fabric softeners are notorious for creating spots especially the concentrated ones.

if you every see spots, make sure you do not use the dryer. wash them again with mild detergent then dry.

try using oxy clean. i tried them and they disappeared!

Baking powder made into a paste and rubbed on to specific stains.
Baking powder added to the wash
Don't ever wash tea towels with your clothes. This puts grease in the wash.
Wash all greasy or oily clothes in hot water

I think I had a problem like that while using powder detergent. If you use too much, it leaves a residue like that. We tried using liquid detergent, and the stains disappeared. Hope that works for you!
