I am a man answering this because I am in medical profession and I can give you the correct information.

For girls/ladies it does not matter - long or short, big or small, thick or thin. Size does not have any relevance for success. The man should know to bring her girl to mood by lot of foreplay and shoot at the right time when she will be satisfied.
