Hi Frodo, Sometimes things get us down. Were not saints. Just people, don't be sad. Think happy thoughts and know you have friends. I for one care. WE all have good and bad days. so look to the good things and don't dwell on the sad....

If you have always been this way, then that is how you are. If it is a new thing and it has lasted for a couple weeks or more, it may be depression. crying easily is a sign of depression. but it can be a sign of stress too. i get like that as well when i am really stressed. if the crying thing bothers you, get help for it. if it isn't that big of a deal, you are fine. good luck.

Sometimes it is a hormone imbalance. It could be cycle change as a woman. if this has been constant for more than 2 or 3 weeks it could be considered clinical. Please if this is true get help be for it gets worse. I have been there as well. Alot of times poets are very deep people they feel things differently.
From personal experience I found that when I am happy I not able to write poetry. I cant write happy poems. So if I am able to write a killer poem I know that I am not happy. This is just me, don't stop writing your poetry is beautiful.

Emotional intelligence...
& people who feel frm heart do wet their eyes often
its fine..but can hurt oneslef at times..control & act so u can control ur emotions better
try talk to urslef..& if something hurts do cry ...
u will get over it when u see that its just cry & cry alone..cause tears aint something that all can stand...
& if its worth sharing share it the response u get will train u well..when & where to cry....life is learning be it tears or laughter
cant be doing both at all times...
thats wat i learnt..be logical...think twice..should help

sounds like it might be depression --I have it so that's why I say so.
Things that help: no sugar, eat well, exercise regularly, sleep enough, take good vitamins: a multi, a B complex, and vitamin C. I get mine at GNC 'cause it's high quality.
best of luck to you.

It could be a hormonal imbalance. Check with your doctor for a hormonal blood test.
