Yes it is possible but very hard to be sure of a reaction. Earthquakes have been artificially induced by pumping water at high pressure deep within the ground. This apparently caused some spreading forces on the fault surfaces and reduced the friction,. If an earthquake was about to go off, I am sure an atomic bomb or possibly smaller ones might set it off. Since you could possibly induce an earthquake, it is also possible that the earthquake might result in a tsuname

Yes. The blast may trigger tsuname or earthquake if bombs are placed at fault of tectonic plates or at other strategical locations.

A tsunami would be easy considering all you would need is a big enough disturbance in the ocean. On the other hand an earthquake would be more difficult, but I'm sure that if the weakest point on a major fault line was known it could be done.
