Yes, creeped out but not at night. My family and some friends of their's were staying at this resort by a lake in the middle of winter. We were the only people there and the caretaker's had left the lodge open. It had a little store and a game room etc. I asked my mom if I could go over there while they finished breakfast. I was there and it had your usual arcade games: Pac Man, Donkey Kong, pinball, some karate game and then there was this other game. I don't know what it was called. I have not seen another one like it. But it played this song even when it wasn't being played that went fire, fire etc. I played it and it actually creeped me out and made me feel bad playing it. Then to top things off, I had been there for awhile and I started to hear people upstairs yelling at each other. There were no cars around and I don't know who it was. I heard the door right above me slam and I hightailed it out of there!! I went to the cabin where we were staying and told everyone about it. Nobody believed me until they went over there and saw two sets of adult footprints in the fresh snow. All in all it made for a very creepy experience!!

When I was a little kid, Shadowgate really creeped me out. Familiar with it? It's one of those with secret passages, torches that blow out and leave you in the dark to die, fire-breathing demons in the shadows that will toast you, etcetera.
Remember that Glover game (the one that sucked on the really terrible Nintendo 64)? That thing gave me the creeps when I was twelve! I think Glover was the name of it.

I played Resident Evil, and yes, very creepy game especially at night. Silent Hill is much more creepy. I haven't played it but I was watching while my friend plays it. And it scares the hell out of me.

There's a few. Juggernaut was a creepy game for a lot of reasons. The ghosts in Fatal Frame were real scary. Clock Tower was creepy because you spent half of your time hiding from a killer who was in the same room as you.

yeah, kinda, long time ago, don't remember the name, it was a house you had to navigate through, and weird stuff would happen and strange noises would start with no warning.
