Perhaps get someone else to feed him rather than yourself. He'd rather be at your breast any time. Use expressed milk for the other person to feed. Try different bottles. some are more" breastlike" than others and he has to be hungry. maybe you can even try spooning milk to him or using a sippy cup. Hope you'll still breastfeed for as long as possible. all the best.

Put the nipple on their lips, and the baby should open their mouth. If they are not hungry, they won't be receptive. You didn't give much detail as to why you are asking this, so I can't answer you too specifically. If you're asking because you have an infant that won't feed, you need to call the pediatrician for better advice and to be checked if there is some sort of problem.

Try a different bottle. Also they prefer a breast to a bottle. It is a comfort thing for them. Give him some time and keep trying. He won't starve himself.

For the first few times, have someone else (perhaps daddy) do it. The baby knows you (your voice and smell) and the baby knows what to expect from you.
