Oh my this will never do.
The only reason any of us gain unwanted weight is because we consume more calories or fats than we burn off. So, if you have unwanted weight, either get your body moving or cut down on the goodies. I have about ten pounds more than I did last year and I know the only reason is because I sit here at the puter and type instead of exercising. I have no one to blame but ME.
Now for the question.
I have known many women in my life who were "cute" at 14. "Cuter" at 18 and incredibly gorgeous at 25. Then by 35 they were mature, intriguing women who I found far more attractive than they were at 18. These are women I knew from school and met at reunions and sometimes at the bank, grocery store, etc. They were the ones who gained a few pounds but still managed to stay relatively fit. Several of them had children, some two or three and yet they were gorgeous.
That is my opinion, and even today I see girls walking away from the high school who would be at least 16 and although they are attractive they just don't have the appeal of a healthy 30-35 year old woman.

Well not all 14 year olds are developed and in good shape.
No way would I say 14 year olds look physically best !
The age range for peak attractiveness in males AND females is said to be 18-25 and I agree with that.
Unless you're talking about "baby fat" and regular body shape changes it's not your age that's making you look fat it's having excess weight.
Also, weight doesn't have that much to do with attractiveness.
A lot of people think older women look attractive, like around 30 or 35.
I would trade my body for a better looking one my age lol. Which would be the 18-25 range. People in this age still look youthful and cute. 14 year olds just look like kids really. Kind of gross in my opinion, unless you want to look like a kid again?
I prefer the young adult look. (17 at youngest) I don't really know why.. The skin hasn't started to get wrinkly and sag yet, still usually has that youthful glow and skin plumpness. Usually over the acne stage, starting to take care of themselves properly, found a style that suits them. Properly developed body...

I think I looked best at 26 or 27. I had one child(she was 7 then) and gained just enough weight after I had her, cause I was really skinny before I had her. I had way more energy and was more fit. Now I'm 32 and weigh 126. I have a son almost 3 yrs. old. I'm now staying at home with the kids and have been for about 1 1/2 yrs. now. I'm just tired all the time after I had him and so stressed out that my doctor put me on Prozac and Lorazipam. I've gained weight in my stomach now(not bad it's just more like flabby). I would like to have my 26 yr. old body back. I don't feel like I look bad, and know that that's just part of getting older so I'm not going to worry myself over it too bad. I'll do something about if it really starts to bother me.

I think it depends on the individual. For me, about twenty was my prime. But I have friends who are heaps more attractive now. .. In their thirties. I tended to be more health conscious then. These days stress gets the better of me, so I smoke a lot and that doesn't help. Then again, I have people tell me I don't look my age. Sometimes I think it's best not to look too hard. Have you ever heard of Body Dismorphia... a mental illness that is a sign of our troubled and very looks orientated times. Need I say more. What it comes down to is your genes and also I guess how you look after yourself. And I absolutely believe 100% that beauty is skin deep anyway.
Ps You are probably not hanging out with 14 year olds anymore, so why would you want to look like one. Obviously your associates are around your age and are looking older too, so what's the big deal! In twenty years time you will long to look the way you do now. I say get over it and enjoy the now.

Lolita in the house? Uh, no.
As a girl matures, her body is changing to become a woman, to be able to bear children. While some girls physically mature faster than others, I'd still agree with most on here to say that at 14 year old a female doesn't look physically at her best. she still has lots of developing to go through. and at the animalistic level of humans, a woman that is not capable of continuing the species would not be physically attractive to the male.

Are you talking about looking physically fit or looking sexy? 14 is pretty young to be looking sexy, although I've seen a few that makes this 52 year old heart beat a little faster. I would say late teens and early twenties. If a 20 year old has a good healthy body and glow about her, then she would get my vote.

I like a body about 25 years old. It still has the youthful firmness but with a little more curves and more settled. I am a bisexual woman and I appreciate breasts and hips on a woman. I did have a girlfriend once who was very thin and youthful looking but I only loved her body because it was hers. Just as a physical thing, it didn't turn me on at all. As a more purely aesthetic reaction, I like looking at women who are about your age. To me, 14 year olds usually just look awkward and bony. I like the look of confidence that only a woman old enough to walk into a bar legally can have.

you are probably better now than you were... I don't know, I don't have pictures of you, but I'm assuming the added ten pounds would be bone mass, muscle, breast tissue growth. If you have gone almost 10 years and only gained 10#, you are doing fine. Don't worry about the extra fat... no one else is... and I wouldn't trade in your body for the 14 yr old.... (then you'd be illegal in some states and countries.)
If you are exercising and keeping in shape the extra 10# is just part of life... don't sweat it.... I'm sure that you are fine.

I don't have an answer to the beginning but I am 14, weigh 105 and 5'2". Being the size you say you are, my friend is the exact same size, and shes a stick! Don't listend to the people that say you should work out. They don't know what they are talking about. Trust me, most females think they are fat, when really they are in perfect shape. I am going through the same thing. So don't worry! :)

I'm a man but can't agree with your answer of 14. I've seen nice physical figures on women of all ages, above 18 of course. Besides, it's too early for you to write your physical form off yet. You can change a lot in the rest of your life, assuming you haven't died in the time I wrote this answer. Good Luck!
