i have read that wounds heal the fastest in moist and warm conditions.

keep it dry and clean, apply yellow lotion on it. Take more fruits n veggies as Vitamin C aids wound healing

you know, i use neosporin and wrap it with a band aid. this usually works the fastest. you should also protect your cuts from scarring by not exposing them to the sun. just a little extra info for ya'. =)
