Why would a person want to shave off their eyebrows only to have to pencil them back on? I don't get it! Yes, they do grow back.

Of course the eyebrows will grow back..Ok,for example you cut your hair..will your hair grown again?So,same goes to eyebrows...

yes it will grow back, but it depends on how old the person is and the "condition" of the shaven eyebrows (if the shaven eyebrows were "hairy", then they grow back faster and vice versa).

Ofcourse, their is no way of completely make hair stop from growing. The hair grows but for few it may take some time.

sometimes, but not always. but now they're doing eyebrow implants if anything goes wrong. they take a graph from the back of your head and sew it onto your eyebrows
