Why would you want to? Please don't tell me you are going to draw them back on? I don't know of anyone who thinks this is a good look, except the people who actually do it themselves. That is the worst look, first of all we all have a natural brow bone and you can see where your eyebrows are suppose to be even if you draw them on above your brow bone. To answer your question, I don't know of any other way to "shave" than to use a razor. Why not just tweeze or wax the unwanted stray hairs and wear a natural brow?

do u want to shape it?? well, the best way to do that is to go to a eyebrow waxer. but if u cant afford it , take the tweezer. carefully makr the region of ure eyebrows and pluck anything outside it... pluck the hair one by one, so u dont pluck any by mistake and leave a huge gap or anything. once u have done that, then use the eyebrow brush and comb the hairs and cut off regions which are overgrown andstrands hanging out to give a more ploished look. the eyebrow bone can be made clear using wax too.. but be very cautious when u do so , so that u dont wax ure whole eyebrow.

you really shouldn't shave. you will probably still be able to see the hair, and your skin may break out (since it probably isn't well ajusted to shaving). waxing or tweezing are much better options.
they may take a little longer and hurt a bit, but your brows will look amazing!

Take a razor and shave them. Are you sure you don't want to wax though to remove hair? It lasts longer and the results are better. No stubble to deal with.

eew! Don't shave your eyebrows! Go to your beautician and he/she will wax them for you. Eyebrows really make the face.

you are talking about undergoing a hair removal process that should only be performed by licensed lawn mower operaters.
