I ahve windows xp and 11 version of media player. whenever I try to watch online videos, only sound can be heared but instead of picture colourful lines r displayed.
It was working properly but now I dont know wat has happened to my pc. Please help.....

I would first check for updates for version 11 of the media player. Then if you don't have Quick Time, you can download it free for home use. Some videos work better on one or the other. Can't hurt to try.

maybe its a virus or maybe its the video if the video isnt compatible you need to get a liecence to be able to watch the video try watching a different type of video and see what happens
