Arrange something fun for later in the day so you've something to look forward to...even if you just stop off on your way home from work and buy something really good for dinner,meet up with friends,go see a movie...endless possibilities.
Then,if I'm honest,I've just had ten days off,going back tomorrow and not crazy about the idea!

Lots of strong coffee works for me. It's a little treat I save myself for Monday morning and gives me something to look forward to.

Eat an apple first thing in the morning. Listen to good Jazz to lighten your spirit, go for a jog or brisk walk for half an hour. If you have one, look at your family and tell yourself you are going to work because you love them.

Get up early, have a good breakfast and play some music whilst you get ready for work.
Leave a few minutes early so you don't have to rush.
Plan ahead for the next weekend.
Or if your job is that bad start looking for a new one!
