when you ask a question now, this area pops up - even before you finish your question! - and says either:
"we have found __ similar questions...
or "no similar questions where found."

Sometimes it shows up and other times I don't see it at all. I thought it was my pc or something. weird....
@ 1st i thought - who cares if someone else asked the question? I wasn't there to see it! or to answer it! so i'm asking for ME!
then, other times i thought, cool! save me 5 pts. and i found some really great answers! thanks! love those free-be's!! :)

That's always happened. Don't worry its normal. I guess they do it so you don't have to lose points if you don't need to. Once I found someone that asked exactly the same question that I wanted to ask, right down to the details! It was freaky.
