That is an anxiety attack.
It can mimick a heart attack but the heart muscles really are not damaged.
I've had a couple, and I thought I might have had a heart attack, even though I was only like 30, so I had it checked out and it was an anxiety attack.
Hurts like h*** though !!!

YES- Take it from me if you have heart trouble and you are stupid enough to let yourself move into any state that raises blood pressure or heart rate you can trigger a attack.

For a normal healthy person it would have to be one hum dinger of an anxiety attack to kill you however.

So if you like to get mad regularly and run around having an anxiety attack that would set records. See your doctor regularly, you may get excited over the bill but it could save your butt.

By the way it is easier to treat anxiety than heart failure.
