actually I've seen a couple of interviews with Nascar drivers on the Speed channel in which they were asked this question... I really remember the one that Dale Jr said "Most of the time we just hold it until the end of the race, however there are a few times on the longer tracks when you just can't hold it anymore. As you know it's impractical for us to stop the car jump out and run to the restroom, so when we are unable to hold it any longer you just go."
Meaning they just use the restroom in their track-suits. It's gross to think about but when you're racing for all that money I would do it nearly every time and I'm sure most of the people on Yahoo would as well.

Boy, what an unique question! anybody is wide conscious at the same time as a driving stress has to bypass he in basic terms waves his hand out of the window. NASCAR throws the pink flag ,stops the race and shall we the that driving stress have a potty damage. choose that permits.

That is a good question. Maybe they have their wangers attatched to some type of tube that runs into a bag or something? I really don't know. Maybe they wear a giant diaper or depends? Geeze. . what does Danica Patrick do? You know girls have to pee a lot more than men!

good question races cars go faster nowadays making the race about 3 hours or so. so i'm guessing they hold it and the car gets so hot they sweat most of the water out, and there is always depends as the last resort(probably a dirty secret of racing)

They don't drink very much during the race, obviously. Just enough to stay hydrated.
Between those suits and the car temps, they sweat so much that very little should go to their bladders.

They hold it. And I'm sure with all the sweating they do in the car, they probably don't have to go that bad.

Why do you think all the race interviews are from the neck up? If ya gotta go, ya gotta go! Bet that stunk when they were at Bristol (where it was snow delayed I think...) Wonder if it froze!?!
