How long ago did you plant it? If it's been in the past coulpe of years it's probably still in root shock. Did you use a transplant solution when you planted it? I would try a transplant liquid and see if you can get it through the root shock. Bonide makes one called Roon n' Grow and Ortho makes one called Plant Starter. Good luck.
