God only knows - but whoever the idiot was should be tarred and feathered and then hung drawn and quartered! " King" George is NOT A WORLD LEADER, he is having trouble leading the USA ! Any "leader" who finds it necessary to "spy" on his own people has some very serious issues and not all of these are political!!!

meaning someone who helps lead in the world
america is one of the strongest countries so i guess he considers america to be a world leader [ one of many eg. england, france, israel, etc.]
