base pay at $100K, but requires weekly travel away from family and kids. what's the right thing to do?
I'd see the kids on weekends, and they are older 16, 14 and 9, is it worth it?

ONLY if you have a strong wife at home and you knew where your children were at all times. CELL PHONES would help.LOOKS like you could pay 4 some one else to come in the home too. THEN i think maybe.

We are not the people that you should be asking. Ask those who it will be directly impacting.

Ask your kids, tell them what YOU want and listen to what THEY want, then balance out your options and choose the less painful.

Best of luck.

No, they need you more at those ages.
The teen years can be rough if supervision is lacking.
Sometimes signs of something wrong are missed.
You don't get this time back, be with your family.
Maybe you can make bigger bucks later.

why are you asking total strangers? ask your family that's who your decision lies with it's actually your decision but ask the kids how they would feel if you were away and make your decisiojn off of how they can handle it
