1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day

Crash diets never really kept weight off for very long, and most of them aren't healthy. The goal of course is to use up more energy (calories) then you put in. I guess if I had to recommend something it'd be the Slim Fast diet, just because it's easy. So, a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a healthy portion controlled dinner (the size of a weight watchers or nutrisystem meal). Of course all unneeded sources of calories (such as juice, candy, alcohol, non-diet sodas) should be eliminated. If you're hungry, try munching on cucumbers or celery. Combine that with 45-60min of aerobic and cardio exercise daily. Good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

stay aways from bad sugars and get some excercise. It is not good to crash diet you just gain the weight back. Cut down the amount you eat, eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. No fast food, eat lots of vegetables, meat like chicken or fish and drink lots of water. Work out every nite. Do not eat 3 hrs before you go to bed. Stay strong.

FIRST U MUST NOT BE LAZY AT ALL. i feel, LAZYness is the worst disease in the world. and never feel SHY.
first get rid of it. Dont eat butter, cheese, or any spicey food.
start jogging every day morning and evenings. if u feel shy outside then atleast do briskwalking.
And also perform yoga exercises. take this one::
sit down straightly and fold ur legs. rest your arms on ur laps. then push ur inner air out from ur nose. (this is breathing out, which makes ur stomach go inside). remember breath out from ur nose only and keep ur mouth closed.
second excersise is breathe in with one nostril open and breathe out with other nostril. u must close one nostril with ur thumb. do it slowly and steadily.
THATS IT DO THESE YOGA EXERSICES FOR 15-20 MINUTES. everyday morning and evening. these are easy and do it by sitting.
THE RESULTS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. U WILL LOSE 3 KILOS IN 10 DAYS. ONLY IF U DO IT REGULARLY.
dont go for weight loosing drugs or any T.V based products. u must loose weight naturally.
