They are going to do a special extra 4 episodes in winter to finish this season. They had to wait for the contract to finish. It use to be shows got a go ahead for 12 episodes but now it's 8 with an option for 4 more. Since they renewed the show they will finish the season, and the next season will be next summer.

Season 3 will continue in February or March with another eight episodes. Season 4 will probably start in the summer.
