After getting my facial hair threaded, i get some reaction on my face in the form of red pimples. I do apply ice after threading but the irritation continues. Any suggestions??

Use a gentle exfoliation product, like a facial scrub, prior to any type of hair removal, especially facial. Also, there is a fantastic product called Tend Skin, it is a liquid that helps prevent ingrown hairs and acne due to hair removal. Apply it with a cotton ball/pad to dry skin daily for the best results. It works by using salicylic acid to gently exfoliate the surface cells of the skin. It the meantime, for the current irritation, you may want to apply a very thin layer of hydrocortisone cream.
