Aveeno ultra-calming moisturizer, or Cosmedicine Hydra Healer. If you just have some dry spots, you can get some Eucerin cream from the drugstore and it's usually effective. L'Occitane makes some very effective moisturizers-- but they're shea butter products, so they can clog pores.
