It's a good posibility. They've weeded out the bad ones and selected the few good ones. Tips: you should know as much as you can about the company, look at their website if they have one. Be well groomed. Know the companies goals and there work ethics. If they have another chain of stores, go eat there and take notice of the good and bad things you saw. Tell the employer how you would improve the company. Remember that you are hired for a reason, not just to get paid, they want something out of you. Believe and tell them how you will be a great asset to their company. Relax, be yourself, and have confidence in yourself. I hope you get the job!

Yes, a second interview means that they believe you are worth taking a second look at. Dress professionally, even though this is a cafe opportunity. Wear good shoes, not heels, that are in good shape. Not tennis shoes either. No holes, nothing too tight or too low. Modest makeup and jewerly. Hair up and squeaky clean (remember this is a food industry) Nails, very clean, no polish is best.
Review the offering on the menu and try to get an idea about who the owners are and what their business philosophy is.

Be on time!,

Most important. Food industries survive mostly on what they have in the customer service department, not in the fridge. Even if the food is fab, they can fail if the wait staff is lousy and rude. A smile and kind gesture may be worth big bucks in the form of a tip. Remind the interviewers that you believe that good customer service is like a very fine wine.... classy and should be available to everyone. Not like a stinky goat cheese, that no one wants.

Good luck, relax, enjoy the process. IT is good practice.

Well, getting a second interview is a good sign, and what you might want to do. Well, first, make sure that your on time to your interview. Second, make sure your dressed appropriately. Third, know the cafe, like know the menu, and if its a chain, know some of the history. Third, make sure that you know your resume. Also, make sure that you go in while your in a good mood, don't go in when your angry, or sad, or disappointed. Make sure that your emotionally ready for the interview. Its how your feeling before you go in that really matters.

Good Luck!!!

yes that is a very good sign but it also means that they like you and are unsure whether they really want you. That is why they require a second interview.

Answer the interviewer honestly, and don't give those canned answers that interview sites tell you to say. Be creative and fun.

smile a lot.

be a half hour early and go next door and hang out. then ten minutes early --go in for the interview (you're cool, calm and collected.).

dress nicely and somewhat on the conservative side.

when they ask what your weaknesses are --say set your goals too high, take on too much work. . .

best of luck to you
