On September 24, 2006, TNA announced on their website at 11:03 pm that they just signed Kurt Angle.
Like I have been telling you fans that Kurt Angle lied when he said that he retired from wrestling. I told you fans that Vince McMahon fired Kurt and now you people still do not understand it, wake up people!

i have heard on several occasions that there were strange circumstances surrounding kurt angles leaving wwe.

LOOK Kurt was not lying look at the WWE schedule u have to wrestle almost every day execpt 3 in a week.
Now look at TNA's schedule 3 weeks worths of shows in 1 night + the ppv 2 DAYS A MONTH and have a few weeks off.
If i was Kurt i would do the same Da m thing
and Vince didnt fire Kurt they walked away from the contract.
Kurt didnt like the way he was used on ECW
Kurt also was suspended from drug abuse that maybe another reason why he went to TNA

He was 100% lying about his departure from WWE. He just wanted to leave because he had enough and that pissed Vince off. I can see it now - Angle vs. AJ Styles for the TNA title. Someday.

Who cares if he lied or not. People lie everyday to get what they want, especially Vince. If Kurt screwed Vince, then Vince will get him back. Count on it.
