3 months ago, I noticed 2 big clumps of eyelashes were missing ,one on each eye. They got shorter and thinner, the rest of them. Then gradually they grew back, really long, but bent wierd. Now they fell out again, same 2 spots. They USED to be one of my best assets. Is it from mascara or stress or something medical? But if it was from mascara, why would it be only those 2 areas?Any suggestions?

It could be something in your mascara but I think it more likely that there is a problem at the lid or lashline. It could be just alopecia or perhaps you rub those two spots a lot without realizing it. My professional advice to you is to see your health care provider for further evaluation.

Are you stressed??? Try not using ANY Mascara for a VERY long time and see what happens. If if falls out again, then think about if it could be anything stressful going on in your life. If its neither of those, try seeing some type of doctor, just in case that it is a medical related problem. Your eyelashes falling out could be a warning sign that something else is going on with your body.

Is there a possibility that you are pregnant? I used to have long, thick, full eyelashes and when I got pregnant they thinned out considerably and started falling out just the same as you. It may just be some sort of hormonal change as well.

Hmm...I would suggest that you stop using that brand of mascara just to be safe. And also that you go see a doctor or something because don't you need eyelashes to see? I don't know though?
