Practice. Just throw at targets or try to have games of catch with friends(or if you dont have any, your dad will do fine) and at football practice, throw the ball and have the recievers run patterns before practice starts

Exercise shoulders, back, arms, core....all work together when you throw a football....also I used take a 2 1/2lb or 5 lb weight and exercise with it in the throwing motion....slowly...not fast or you will possibly hurt your tendons or rotator cuff

I remember hearing about how Dan Marino's father helped him build up arm strength when he was young. He had his son throw, but only bring his arm back to his ear, instead of just rearing back and throwing as hard as he could. That way, he built up arm strength for when he did reach back and let it rip.

I agree. I would be in the Pros and throw passes to wide receiver and running backs.

I could use my throwing arm to make a comeback miracle game.

I know Roger clemens is a pitcher, but in the off season, he drove his fist into a barrel of sand (up to the elbow and further if he could) to build up strength

Well, son, It's about time you've found out the greatest asset a man can do to himself. Hopefully you lucked out and your throwing hand is your "batting" hand. If not - switch hit brotha

Participate in many upper body training sports such as kendo (Japanese sword fighting), Basketball, working out in gyms, etc. I personally reccommend kendo because it has improved my arm's muscles and strength the greatest and also improves your legs as well because they both require strength from upper and lower body.
