I saw a news video on yahoo saying stuff about sample sales. Saying it give you discounts on the hottest stuff. But where exactly can i go? Searched but still dont know where.

You could try entering your city, or the nearest metro with "sample sale" to see if there are any going on in the near future close to where you live.
