Ummm I drop my tongue ring in my bathroom.. and i had to clean it but i used Bleach,Proxide,Mouthwash and wash it with dial soap and put it back in and they it felt weird.. was that a bad idea to clean it with all that stuff.. and will bleach hurt me?????? Oh and i change it to my short bar right now and i haven't had it done for 2 weeks soo will i be ok????

ummm.. i didn't put bleach in my mouth.. i put in the cup and put my ring in the cup with to ppl that dont like it dont answer my question.. duh.. anyways.. soo bleach wont hurt me.. and i should be find if i let boil on the stove it should be fine right and clean my mouth and with the pirecing its normal to feel a lil numbness right???

sooo do you think if i boil it for like 20 mins... and then clean my tongue.. and brush and mouthwash i will be okay.. and i didn't use that much bleach anway... does bleach hurt your body???.. i used like a lil amount but i wash it and then peroixde it and then wash it and then moutwashed it and the wash it like 6 times again... with dial soap... soo it should be fine right???... i'm sorry i soo worryed.. cause my tongue felt weird after i clean it.. could it be where it was clean???

You got a ring in your tongue,drop it in the bathroom and after cleaning it the tongue felt weird,I think you past weird a long time ago,you are now entering bizarre

Hopefully you did that in sequence, and did not mix those chemicals into the same container. Anyway, the bleach or peroxide might have interacted with the finish on the tongue ring. It would probably look discolored if it did. Otherwise, the tongue heals extremely fast. You might have had a little closure of your piercing if you had the bar out for too long, and that could be why it felt wierd.

Let it soak for a few min in peroxide , then listerine is what I always do. Not a good idea to change it though for at least about 4 weeks. May not hurt you at all but if it gets irritated it wont have much breathing room with the short bar. Ive got 2 tongue rings...had one for 7yrs and other for 4yrs

when I got my tongue pierced I was told NOT to use any chemicals on my bars and to boil them in a pan of water on the stove for about 10 mins with a good boil

You'll be fine. If there was anything on it, it would be such a tiny amount. Bleach breaks down to common table salt.
