During this time of unprecedented immorality, adultery and unfaithfulness, one would think that the main reason for the escalating divorce rate would be one of these. But surprisingly, lack of communication is named most for terminating a marriage. Even though, a recent poll found that over 65% of married people have had affairs during their marriage, most put forth an effort to save their marriage afterwards. It seems that lack of communication presents a more hopeless obstacle.

In most cases men prefer taking action due to the fact that small talk doesn't serve a purpose. We are simple testosterone based life forms with a few things on our mind. Define communication! Is it a form of speaking exclusively to women where we cater to a woman's feelings, sensitivity and vocal dominion. Is it a function of mirroring emotional superiority in a game where failure is inevitable? Is it quite possibly an evolutionary design men have adapted to in adjusted behavior to benefit outcome. Why is it if a man changes to a woman's liking and preference, women don't want them anymore? Men communicate well through body language which is 80% non verbal. If it is vocal it typically is well placed moans, groans and grunts. Maybe if a woman growls when she's angry she could avoid performing brain surgery with an axe on her man.........allowing him to get closer to her if thats what she really wants.......

Do you really know what you mean?

I agree with this but I have also learned that men are not as open as women. My bf and I have been 2gether for 10 yrs and he still has a hard time opening up to me. Although it takes him awhile I eventually find out whats bothering him. Now me on the other hand as soon as something pisses me off, believe me he knows it right after it happens. Sometime men don't want us to respond they just want us to listen.

Because feelings arent the typical mans forte' .. most men are physically driven.. more hands on approach to whats going on, where women typically are more emotional and can express things better..

Men also tread lightly with women as it seems to be the majority that men feel they need to walk on eggs with women when wanting to know things.. so they fear getting in trouble when asking questions.. lol..

Generally men say exactly what they mean, and we try to read too much into it. If they don't consider you a reliable source, they try to find out on their own. He must think the things you have said in the past are bull.

Men are more likely to have a feared based hidden obsession. Women are more open and verbal in their obsession. Men stalk a woman like they once stalked their prey oh so many eons ago. hehe I suppose its inherent.

Well generally, men can't vocalize what they really want to say too well. They're not like women who can, more or less, find it natural to communicate.
