You need proof that she had the opportunity to break them or you need a witness or a confession. You will also need receipts to show the value of these items.

It will be your word against hers but keep all receipts for repairs and start keeping notes about all conversations with her. Do not try to record her image or voice as this will lead to prosecuting you.
