Go to the dealership and check to see what the prices for parts and labor would be. It is the dealership, but I wouldn't imagine it to be extremely expensive to put on a sticker or two. But if it is, then get the parts and see if you can find a friend with a steady hand to put it on for you.
I work for Jaguar and Lotus, it is very expensive for emblems to be put on but those are very high end cars.
As for the junkyard, good luck finding an SI in the junkyard. Those are very hard to come by, and fairly new. Get new stuff it will look better too.

Go find a reputable bodyshop and or try a sign/ decal shop. If some of the emblems are actuallly decals , the shops can computer generate and cut them for a fraction of the cost of the dealer in most cases!

Yes they probably could but expect to pay more than what the vehicle is worth just for the labor. Go to a local autozone or similar place and buy the logos yourself.

Go to your local salvage yard. Look for a vehicle with the same make and model and carefully remove the emblems. You can use a hot glue or epoxy that will help adhere them to your vehicle. It should work.
