my best guy freind just asked me to marry him. i have known him for 10 years! but i always had feelings for him. but i am to scared to tell him. i did not know he has feelings for me to! im only 18 and have a scholar ship to the same collige to be a doctor but i dont know what to say i really love him!should i say yes or no?

i was put in that some spot and i said yes!. but with one thing that i had to do was to finish school and have a good job and i will married you.. she staid with me and 2 year later we got married and it now been 8 year and we have a great life together.. so if i were you say yes but finish school and not get marred until your out .. less stress that way... good luck.

If you had to ask if you should say yes or no - then the answer is NO. You are only 18 with years ahead of you. You say "my best guy friend". You had no idea he had feelings for you. It doesn't sound like you know him or have dated him - just been friends. You will know when the man you want to marry comes along. Right now, it sounds as if he's swept you off your feet by asking. Good idea to think long and hard about it!

How can you consider marrying someone who you haven't even had a romantic relationship with. You might be great friends but that doesn't necessarily mean you will be perfect together.
It sounds to me like he doesn't want to lose you and going off and doing your own thing at college might be scaring him.
I don't mean to be rude but how does one get a scholarship to be a doctor who can't spell?

Your guy friend asked you to marry him? and you are 18? no way! Go to college together, begin actually dating and being a couple then after school decide to marry him or not. You need to spend time being a couple before getting married.

no one on here can tell you the right answer on this... it is for YOU to decide....... med school is not easy...... do you love this guy ? is he willing to make the sacrifices so YOU can go to school ?? you have a lot to think about and a lot more to talk to him about...... comunicate with him, let him know what you want and expect from him and urself..... what about kids ? get paper and pen and write it all down..... think it out..... and then talk to the guy about everything !!!!!!!!!!!!
