Easy, cause if they looked at it they would not see anything that is in there benefit or their corporate sponsors ! Its easy to get away with things if the majority of your own country doesn't even know there constitution ! It states in the 16th amendment that government cannot instate any new tax laws !!!!!! So that would include the Income Tax........ That goes to pay off the unknown banks that own the federal reserve!! that's right people the federal reserve is no more a federal agency as federal express ... Its owned by banks that fund our government and all the wars since world war 2 just like people and there credit cards !!! Wake Up America.......

What Constitution are you reading? I think you need to take a course on the Constitution before you ask anymore political questions.
The Republicans only raise taxes on the poor, so if you are rich I wouldn't worry about it.
