My friend had to file child support on a guy and she had no idea what his address was, she just knew what state he lived in. The courts managed to find him in a few weeks so my advice is to go ahead and file and let the courts do the rest. They have ways to find anyone they really want to find, trust me.

As for the divorce file for an alternate method of service such as publication, as for the lein unless he tries to sell it the only thing you can do is file an order to show cause with the court asking that he be held in contempt and that a judgement be granted in the amount he owes you

If ownership of the motorcycle is granted to you by the court, call a repossesion company. They'll find it.
