I use Folex on my microfiber couch - it is a carpet/upholstery cleaner. I have tried several products, and so far I have had the most success with it on my couch. It does a fantastic job on the carpet. If the stain is really bad, or rather large, you can get it professionally cleaned by the same people who clean carpets.
