You need to know her email or home adress.
If language is a problem, ask someone to translate for you, or use an online translator. It might not be proper German, but she'll understand the gist of it. Also, you would be surprised with how much English German people actually know...

First they need to have an email address and you need access to it. Other than that, you email someone in Germany the same way you email someone in America!
