His hair was unkempt, and he appeared to have several days worth of 5 o'clock shadow. The assignment consisted of setting up two televisions with digital cable and adding high-speed cable and wireless internet to one computer. Despite his "gooder" and "groovy" vernacular he refused to go home until the job was complete.


He appeared disheveled( that means....slovenly--messy) a little disheveled??
