When I insert my fingers inside my vagina (I was doing this for health purposes) right away I feel this hard bone thing that is like a hard wall. And it's almost hard to fit a couple fingers in because of that bone, if that's what it is. And It's almost in the way. Is that normal?

Could be your cervix. It feels firm, but not really like a bone. Has a little dimple in the middle. You should be able to feel it with your fingers, but you should also be able to feel with your cervix that you're touching it. The vagina lengthens to accomodate the penis during sex, which moves the cervix further up and out of reach.

Or it could just be your pelvic bones, or your tail bone. some people have more prominent bones than others.

yes. it's normal

I'm not sure what health reasons would require you to insert your fingers inside your vagina but as it's your vagina, you are allowed to use it as you see fit, no excuses necessary. You are probably feeling your pubic bone.

If you're a virgin, it might be the hymen, which should break when you have sex, but it isn't a bone. If you're sure it isn't they hymen, get it checked out!
