Is there any place in Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida that will pierce a lip someone under 18?

I went to a tattoo parlor a few days ago and talked with the owner and he said that they changed it where it's not even possible for it to be done with the accompany of an adult. I've thought about doing it myself, I did my bellybutton, I let it close up because it was crooked though. That's why I want to get it done professionally because I have a tendencie to close my eyes and just stab it through and I want it to look somewhat decent.

If you're at least 16, most places should do it w/ a parent's signature, or if the parent accompanies you. DO YOUR RESEARCH, though. Make sure you pick a clean & sterile & professional place. Otherwise you'll have a bigger problem on your hand.

How far under 18 are you? Any place worth dropping money at will only pierce 18 and older - health dept rules, usually.
If you do find a place - be sure every needle they use is clean and NEW.

Here's my suggestion: Don't do it! It will very likely infect even with the best of care.
Besides that, it looks really gross. That's my opinion.
