Hmmmm........It depends on what you are a fan of.
I'm ok at making plots for stories but I never can be bothered to write them down (>_<)

Anyway, if you need some inspiration, there is a website for fans of cartoons,anime, TV and so on. It's address is in the source box.

I'll give you idea but you don't have to use it,

The hero of the story is an orphan and after so many adventures before, he wonders if he had or still has, a family somewhere.
After much searching, he discovers that there is one old relative who tells him that his comrades and friends may not be related to him but tells the hero: "Ohana means family and Family means no matter what, they will always be there for you and lets face it, your friends have be there to help you." The old relative dies in his sleep and the hero comes to realise that whether he likes it or not, his friends will always be a family to him.

I once read an essay by the late Marion Zimmer Bradley on how her writing career started. Essentially, her editor told her in no uncertain terms that she didn't know how to plot & to use this one until she could: "Joe [anyone] gets his fanny up a tree and his adventures getting it out." She went on to say that it worked so well that she has never needed another. She sold a lot of books in her time; there must be something to it.
