Ooo...great question. I agree that sex doesn't have to be involved. Romance to me is a way of life, a perspective if you will. It was actually a philosophical era at one point. To me romance is genuinely communicating from the heart through actions, and communication. No lust...just pure love in everything you do for the person in your heart.

I like to cook, so I make a nice romantic dinner for two, with candlelight and linen napkins and sit and enjoy the company for a while.
I also enjoy the theatre, so getting dressed up and going out for an evening of theatre and a late dinner is very nice.
