rid of it. I tend to wear my feelings on my sleeve, and I sweat the small stuff. If you were to put me in a big stressful situation like the time my daughter was at her aunts house and almost drowned I have nerves of steel, but whn it comes to the small stuff like me and a friend talking and someone just walking in and just start talking like me and my friend was not that tends to cause rage. I know people say don't swaet the small stuff, but it seems as though the small stuff is the only thing that causes me stress and we all know that small stuff happens more than big stuff so it's like I am always stressed. My doctor has given me a prescription to be tested for hyper tension, but I have put that test off because I am not even 30 years old so I din;t want to take high blood pressure medicine. I just need some help on what to do in order to keep my blood pressure down. I started having high bllod pressure about 6 months ago for have a really bad boss and letting her get to me. HELP!!

You need to cut out the salt for one thing and eat the right foods, but if you have to you need to see a doctor and get the high blood pressure meds.

If you are taking any kind of contraceptive, it can cause high blood pressure. The best way to deal with it is to eat healthier--less sodium, more fruits and vegetables--and do some good cardio excersize 3x/week. There's nothing better for you.
