I love to work on my cars, it is always a learning experience for me, I even have the Chilton Manuals to help me. I have been working on cars since 1985. Thanx for your answers.

I love working on all cars. I always help my brother and his friends work on their cars, especially the hot rods. They think it's cool that they can get a girl to help them work on their cars.

I love to work on cars. I love to drive cars. I loved it so much I made it my job. I am a technician for Jaguar and Lotus. I am a Nissan freak so I had a 92 SE-R that I was fixing up and my newest project, a 1971 Datsun 510. In Cali it is much better to have an older car so the cops can't mess with you so much, and I can do anything I want to it and it will always be street legal, well for the most part.

Yes, I love working on my cars as well. Specially with the performance improvement stuff. Feel that power!! LOL. Just kidding. I like doing that stuff, and thus helping others with theres so they aren't ripped off by certain mechanics.

I do like it for a few reasons:

I know in what kind of shape is my car and how well it could respond at a given moment, knowing that it's well cared and maintained!..

A few things I have done to my own car (civic 91):

Brakes, CV Joints (axles), power steering rack, radiator, AC compressor and components, Changed my tint window film!...

Yes, I've been working on my cars (and other peoples) since my first one. Im always curious about how things work and how they're put together. Just a natural tinkerer I guess.
