Run an antivirus program to kill the virus or reload her machine!

Are you sure a virus is blocking the server? If so, why would you want to use the computer for anything until you get rid of the virus? You are asking for trouble. I hope you have an antivirus program and do an immediate full scan.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

A better point is that she SHOULDN'T get on the internet if she has a virus. Anyone she emails could get it too.

maybe she should get a job and work 10&12 hours a day then she will be to tired to play on the internet
