i was sitting down when my breast just started to hurt so now theirs like but stuff in them and their turning red what is that are they growng?or whaT? and my nipple looks diffrent it looks like it opened up!it hurts:(

It is possible that your one nipple is just irritated. This can sometimes happen if you are jogging and don't have a bra on. Don't worry about it, see if it goes away in a day or two.

You don't say how old you are. Could you be growing? Have you reached puberty yet? If so have you been sexually active - could you be pregnant? If not go see a doctor. Its best not to let these things get out of control.

I would go to the doctors for a check up, you can't be too careful with your breasts. It is probably nothing too serious but it is better to be safe than sorry.
